Founder and President
Dr. Charles Pratt.

     Dr. Pratt serves as an associational Director of Missions for the Fayette Baptist Association in Somerville, Tennessee.  He served as pastor of the First Baptist Church of Kenton, Tennessee from 2000 until 2008.  Previously, Pratt served as a Tennessee Director of Missions for over 12 years.    Early in the ministry, Charles served as pastor of churches in the New Orleans area.
Charles Pratt is a native of Tennessee and served as a high school teacher for over 3 years after receiving his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee.   Following his teaching career, Pratt moved to the business sector and helped to start 2 successful businesses in Paris, Tennessee, before he surrendered to the call to ministry.
After surrendering to the ministry at Temple Baptist Church in Paris, Pratt moved to New Orleans, Louisiana to enter seminary.   There he served on staff as a mission pastor of one of the fastest growing churches in the Southern Baptist Convention at Williams Blvd. Baptist Church in Kenner, Louisiana (metro New Orleans).  Later he pastored 2 churches in the New Orleans area while completing his 2 seminary degrees.
He has helped to organize and lead mission trips for over 26 years and is very knowledgeable of mission opportunities.   He has helped to start mission churches in Louisiana, Tennessee and Michigan.  Pratt coordinates many overseas projects with the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention in organizing these trips. 
 Pratt has organized 26 mission trips to the Philippine Islands.  He has led volunteer mission trips to African countries, European countries, South America countries, Mexico, Honduras Guatemala, Jamacia and many states in the U.S.  He also served as a coordinator for the Tennessee Disaster Relief team following Hurricane Andrew in south Florida in 1992.  Additionally, he has  coordinated teams in Disaster Relief to the Gulf Coast following Hurricane Katrina in 2005.   Pratt served with the Tennessee Disaster Relief teams following the killer tornadoes in West Tennessee in April of 2006.
 Charles Pratt has received many honors and recognitions from among his peers.   He served as the President of the West Tennessee Pastor's Conference for the Baptist fellowship of church pastors from 2006 - 2007.   In 1999, he also served as the President of the Tennessee Baptist Director of Missions Conference.   In  1997, Pratt was selected as the "Outstanding Director of Missions."   He has served as chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Tennessee Baptist Children's Homes across Tennessee.   
Pratt, currently serves as a Staff Mentor for students at the Atlantic Coast Seminary and Bible College of Daytona Beach, Florida.   He is well respected among pastors and church people across Tennessee and beyond as an outstanding leader.   Pratt is a popular Revival preacher and a Bible conference speaker, especially on the subject of creationism.  Additionally, he is a frequent banquet speaker with his "Cajun Comedy" gig.
    The Pratt family is very important to Charles.   His wife Linda has been the love of his life for over 46 years and serves besides him in the CPM ministry doing most of the financial records.   They have 2 grown children.   Amy and her husband, Mike are the parents of 2 of their oldest grandsons, Ethan (born on Sept. 18, 1996) & Dylan (born on Dec. 31, 2001) who live near Jackson, Tennessee.   Jay and his wife Anna have served as missionaries in Southeast Asia.  Anna and Jay have served with the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention and with Samaritan's Purse in disaster relief in Southeast Asia.    They currently serve with Last Frontier International Missions & Global Catalytic Network, Inc.  Jay, Anna, Jeremiah (born on Nov. 5, 2009) and little Moriah (born on April 15, 2014) are serving in Southeast Asia with an unreached people group in one of the poorest nations in Asia.    They serve as church planter trainers.  They also serve in disasters with Baptist Global Response (BGR).
